I’m ARI, a queer Costa Rican storyteller based in Los Angeles. My work moves between photography, filming, editing and content creation: all rooted in connection and creativity.

I moved to LA in 2021, seeking to prove my inner child we could live through art. What sets me apart is the revolutive tone of my creative purpose. I see my craft as more than a medium for self-expression, it’s a platform to empower those who have been subjugated and to create from a place of freedom. Whether through photo, video or design, my work is rooted in that belief.
